Printing OLE objects (Windows)
When you print a database that contains linked OLE objects, the objects are printed with the database. You can either have the objects printed in their current state or have the links updated before printing.
Note  Updating links can take time, depending on the number and complexity of the links.
To update links before printing:
1.
Choose File menu > Print.
2.
In the Print dialog, select Update all Links before printing.
All automatic and manual links in your database are updated to reflect the most recent view of OLE objects.
