Copying and pasting OLE objects (Mac OS)
Using the Clipboard, you can copy or cut OLE objects in FileMaker Pro, then paste them back into FileMaker Pro as OLE objects.
To copy OLE objects:

Choose Edit menu, then a Paste command (such as Paste Worksheet or Paste Text).

Objects cut or copied from Mac OS OLE-enabled programs can't be pasted into FileMaker Pro as OLE objects.

OLE objects that are copied in FileMaker Pro for Mac OS and pasted into FileMaker Pro or other applications (including Mac OS OLE-enabled applications) display as static images and can't be edited. However, the OLE information remains attached to these objects. When the objects are edited on a computer running Windows, the OLE information is present.
