Copying and pasting OLE objects (Windows)
You can copy and paste OLE objects using the Clipboard.
Note  OLE objects copied from FileMaker Pro for Mac OS and pasted into other applications (even Mac OS OLE-enabled applications) are pasted as static pictures only.
To copy OLE objects:

To paste embedded OLE objects:
1.
Choose Edit menu > Paste Special.
2.
In the Paste Special dialog, select Paste and select a format type from the list.
3.
Click OK.
To paste linked OLE objects:
1.
Choose Edit menu > Paste Special.
2.
3.
Select Paste Link, then click OK.
Note  Paste Link is dimmed when a link is unavailable.
