Reordering and excluding layouts in the Layout pop-up menu
In Layout mode, you can change the order in which layouts are listed in the Layout pop-up menu. You can also prevent a layout from appearing in the Layout pop-up menu, and add separator lines to group layouts together.

Reorder layouts in the Layout pop-up menu
Choose Manage Layouts from the Layout pop-up menu. In the Manage Layouts dialog box, position the pointer over the layout name and drag the layout name to a new position, then click OK.
Include or exclude layouts in the Layout pop-up menu in Browse, Find, and Preview modes
Note  In Layout mode, all layouts are displayed in the Layout pop-up menu, even the excluded ones.
Choose Manage Layouts from the Layout pop-up menu. In the Manage Layouts dialog box, click a layout name. To include the layout, select Include in Layouts menu. To exclude the layout, clear this option. (You can also click to the left of the layout name to select or clear this option.)
To create separator lines to group layouts together in the Layout pop-up menu
Follow the instructions in Creating a layout to create one or more layouts named “-” (hyphen). Create a layout for each separator line that you need. Choose Manage Layouts from the Layout pop-up menu. In the Manage Layouts dialog box, reorder the layouts so that the hyphen-named layouts appear where you want separator lines to appear.
