Address Book Data and Backups
When you create a Bento backup file, the data from the Address Book application is not included in the Bento backup file. To back up the data from Address Book, use the Address Book application.
If you add fields to the Address Book library, information from those additional fields is included in the Bento backup file. See Chapter 10, “Backing Up and Restoring Information” on page 133 for information on creating a Bento backup file.
