1. Tap the container field in a record.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Tap View to view a media file.
   • Tap Play to play a media file inside the container field.
   • Tap Play Full Screen to play the media full screen.

Use the following gestures to work with media files inside containers:

• Double-tap to switch between playing and pausing a media file.
• Pinch closed to stop playing the file.
• Pinch open to switch to full screen.
• Tap to show or hide the control bar.

Use the following gestures to work with media files in full screen:

• Double-tap to zoom in or zoom out.
• Pinch closed to exit full screen.
• Tap to show or hide the control bar.

1. Tap the container field in a record.
2. If there is content displayed, tap Replace .
3. Tap Photos .
4. Tap Camera Roll or an album.
5. Choose the photo or video.

4. (if available) Use the zoom control, set LED flash mode, switch between the main and front cameras, or set the Camera/Video switch.
5. (optional) Choose a resolution (photos only): Small, Medium, Large, or Full.

7. Tap Use or Retake.

4. Use your device's built-in microphone or headphones with an external microphone.

3. Tap Signature , then enter your signature.

   The signature capture screen might display a title, message, and prompt if these options were specified for the Insert From Device script step. See FileMaker Pro Help.

4. Tap Accept to save the signature.

4. Choose the item from your iTunes library.

   You can't add audio files that are protected by digital rights management (DRM).

You can import a file from your iOS device, iCloud Drive, or a third-party file provider.

2. If there is content displayed, tap Replace .
3. Do one of the following:
   • To import a file from your iOS device, tap Files , then tap a file to import into the container field.
   • To import a file from iCloud Drive or a third-party file provider, tap Locations . Tap a file in the list or from a folder in the list. To choose a different location, tap Locations, then tap a file provider.

To add files to your device, see Transferring Files.

1. Tap the container field in a record.
2. Tap Replace .
3. Choose the type of data.

1. Tap the container field in a record.
2. Tap Export .
3. (optional) For images, choose an image size.
4. (optional) Change the filename.
5. Tap Continue.
6. Choose an option for exporting the file:
   • AirDrop: Tap a recipient. Use this option to send the file to a nearby device that supports AirDrop.
   • Mail, Messages, or another service: Tap an option, or tap More to add another service to the list.
   • iCloud Drive or a third-party file provider: Tap Send To to send a copy of the file to iCloud Drive or a third-party file provider. If the location you want is in a folder, tap the folder. Tap "Export to this location." To choose a different location, tap Locations, then tap a third-party file provider.

     To open the file in another app or in a different version of FileMaker Go, tap Open In , then tap an option.

7. Follow the onscreen instructions.

1. Tap the container field in a record.
2. Tap Delete .

• You can copy and paste embedded files between container fields, including container fields that are set up to store data externally.
• You can copy and paste images from other apps on the device.
