Viewing and applying styles in layouts

1. In Layout mode, select one or more objects, a part label, or click anywhere in the layout background to select it.

Note  To select the layout background, ensure no objects or parts are selected.

2. In the Inspector, click the Styles Styles tab.

When nothing is selected on the layout, the style applied to the layout background is displayed in the Styles list.

Do this

Display all styles defined in the current theme

Select Show All.

Apply a different style to an object or part

Select a different style in the Styles list.

Notes 

If changes you make to the layout background style do not appear on the layout, ensure that the body part is set to transparent. See Setting the fill, line style, and borders.
