Manage database keyboard shortcuts (macOS)
Use the following keyboard shortcuts as you work in the Manage Database dialog box.

Use these keyboard shortcuts in the Fields tab of the Manage Database dialog box.

Press
Move the selection around the relationships graph, individually selecting tables, notes, or relationships
Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Left Arrow, Right Arrow
Move the selection incrementally between objects
Shift-Up Arrow, Shift-Down Arrow, Shift-Left Arrow, Shift-Right Arrow
Move the selection to an object that includes text beginning with specific characters
Type the characters
Note  If multiple objects share initial characters, you can move the selection to the next occurrence by pressing Command-G or typing the characters again.
Switch between the relationships graph and the command buttons
Tab
Move the selected object
Option-Up Arrow, Option-Down Arrow, Option-Left Arrow, Option-Right Arrow after selecting a table, or drag the selected table
Resize the selected object
Option-Shift-Up Arrow, Option-Shift-Down Arrow, Option-Shift-Left Arrow, Option-Shift-Right Arrow after selecting a fully expanded table
Select multiple tables
Shift-click multiple tables or drag the selection pointer through multiple tables
Note  To select by dragging completely around tables, press Command as you drag.
Select all tables and notes
Command-A
Select all tables
Command-Shift-A
Select all tables directly related to the currently selected table
Command-Y
Select tables with the same source table
Command-U
Toggle the display state of selected tables
