Get(WindowTop)
Purpose 
Returns the vertical distance, in points, of the outer edge of the window on which the script is acting, relative to the bottom edge of the menu bar in macOS, or the top edge of the screen in Windows.

Description 
The origin of the reference coordinate system is at the leftmost corner below the menu bar in macOS. In Windows, the origin is the top edge of the screen. A negative value indicates the portion of the top part of the window that is hidden behind the menu bar.
Notes 
The window on which the script is acting may not necessarily be the foreground window.
In FileMaker WebDirect, this function is not supported and returns an empty string.
Examples 
Returns 52 when the outer edge of the active window is 52 points from the menu bar.
Returns 0 when the outer edge of the active window just touches the menu bar.
