Working with the Scripts menu
A script folder appears as a submenu in the Scripts menu. FileMaker Pro assigns keyboard shortcuts to the first ten scripts.
1. Choose Scripts menu > Script Workspace.
2. In the scripts pane, make your changes.

Do this
Add a script or folder to the Scripts menu
Do one of the following:
Right-click the script name or folder, then choose Include in Scripts Menu.
Select the checkbox to the left of the script or folder in the list.
To display checkboxes beside script names and folders in the scripts pane, click Manage Scripts menu button.
Set the default behavior to display new scripts on the Scripts menu. In Windows, in the Script Workspace, choose View menu > Preferences and select the Display new scripts in Scripts menu checkbox. In OS X, choose View menu > Script Workspace Preferences and select the checkbox.
Remove a script or folder from the Scripts menu
Do one of the following:
Clear the checkbox to the left of the script or folder in the list.
Right-click the script name or folder, then choose Exclude from Scripts Menu.
Reorder scripts or folders in the Scripts menu
Drag the script name or folder to the desired location.
Add a separator between script or folder names
Select the script name or the folder above where you want the new separator. Click New separator button. A separator also appears in the Scripts menu.
