Searching
You can perform a quick find to search across all the fields in a layout. Or, you can perform a more complex find in Find mode.
You can create a new find request to specify data that you want to find. You can also specify data that you want to omit. For example, you can find all invoices except those created in the past 30 days.
Perform a quick find
- Tap .
- iPad: Tap Quick Find .
- Type one or more words in the search box, then tap Search.

Notes
- To navigate between find requests, tap the next and previous arrows at the bottom of the screen in Find mode.
- To delete a find request, tap , then tap Delete Find Request .

You can use the following operators in Find mode. The only operator supported by quick find is double quotation marks (" ").
