Editing existing privilege sets
You can edit existing privilege sets to allow or restrict permissions for a file.
Note  You cannot change or delete the predefined privilege sets — Full Access, Data Entry Only, and Read-Only Access — except to enable or disable extended privileges for them. You can duplicate the Data Entry Only and Read-Only Access privilege sets and then modify the duplicate copies. To edit an existing privilege set:

Choose File menu > Manage > Security.

The Edit Privilege Set dialog box appears.

To rename the privilege set or edit the description, enter a new name for Privilege Set Name or a new description for Description.
If you rename a privilege set, the privilege set name is also updated in all the accounts to which that privilege set is assigned. You don’t have to manually update each account with the new privilege set name.

Note  If nearly all the options in the Edit Privilege Set dialog box are dimmed, remember that you cannot change or delete the predefined privilege sets — Full Access, Data Entry Only, and Read-Only Access — except to enable or disable extended privileges for them. If you’ve finished working with accounts and privileges, click OK. In the dialog box that appears, enter an account name and password that is assigned the Full Access privilege set, and click OK.
