Viewing notifications

Notifications about your Claris ID account, your team’s subscription, and other important events appear in Claris Customer Console.

  1. At the upper right of any Claris Customer Console page, click Notifications button.
  2. When you have unread notifications, the button is red.

  3. Respond to or delete notifications.
  4. To see all notifications, click View All Notifications.
  5. On the Notifications page, click a team name to see its notifications, or click All to see all notifications.
  6. To return to the previous Claris Customer Console page, click Back button near the top left of the page.
