Signing in to FileMaker Customer Console

To work with FileMaker Cloud or Claris Connect, sign in to FileMaker Customer Console using your FileMaker ID user name (email) and password.

After you’ve signed in, you see the Home page; see Using the Home page. Depending on the Claris product, your user type, and whether you’re a team manager, the content you have access to in FileMaker Customer Console will differ.

Claris Connect

Team managers (both licensed users and unlicensed users) see tabs for the Home, Users, Groups, Hosts, Settings, and Subscription pages. They can also open their Profile and Notifications pages.

Team managers see tabs for the Home, Users, Settings, and Subscription pages. They can also open their Profile and Notifications pages.

Licensed users who are not team managers see tabs for the Home and Subscription pages. They can also open their Profile and Notifications pages.

Users who aren’t team managers see the Home page. They can also open their Profile and Notifications pages.

Unlicensed users who aren’t team managers see the Home page.

 

Notes 

The team name and product (FileMaker Cloud or Claris Connect) appear at the top of the Home page. To work with a different team or product, click the down arrow next to the team name.

To hide or show the banner on any page in FileMaker Customer Console, click Hide or Show below the banner.

To sign out of FileMaker Customer Console, click your FileMaker ID user name (email) at the top right of any page, then choose Sign Out.

Important  FileMaker Customer Console doesn’t automatically sign out of your account when you close the browser window. Always sign out when you’ve finished using FileMaker Customer Console.
