Signing in to Claris Customer Console

Sign in to Claris Customer Console using your Claris ID user name, or your external IdP account email, and password.

To sign in to Claris Customer Console, enter this URL: https://my.claris.com

After you’ve signed in, you see the Home page; see Using the Home page. Depending on the Claris product, your user type, and whether you’re a team manager, the content you have access to in Claris Customer Console will differ.

Team managers (both licensed users and unlicensed users) see tabs for the Home, Users, Groups, Hosts, Settings, and Subscription pages. They can also open their Profile and Notifications pages.

Notes 

  • The team name and product (FileMaker Cloud, Claris Connect, or FileMaker Server) appear at the top of the Home page. To work with a different team or product, click the down arrow next to the team name.
  • You can't use an external IdP account to view information about FileMaker Server subscriptions.
  • To hide or show the banner in Claris Customer Console, click Hide or Show below the banner.
  • To sign out of Claris Customer Console, click your Claris ID user name or your email at the top right of any page, then choose Sign Out.
  • Important  Claris Customer Console doesn’t automatically sign out of your account when you close the browser window. Always sign out when you’ve finished using Claris Customer Console.
