The Volume Status area of the Dashboard page provides an overview of the current volume where FileMaker Server is installed.
Information | Description |
% Disk Used | The percentage of disk space used on the volume where FileMaker Server is installed. |
Space Remaining | The amount of disk space available (in MB or GB) on the volume where FileMaker Server is installed. |
Total Space Used | The amount of disk space used (in GB) on the volume where FileMaker Server is installed. The top value is the amount of disk space used. The bottom value is the size of the disk. |
Default Database Folder | The amount of space used for hosted databases in the default database folder. This value includes any folders for container data if the database files use container fields that store objects externally. |
Secure Database Folder | The amount of space used to host databases in the secure database folder. This value includes the folder for container data if the database files use container fields that store objects externally. |
Backups Folder | The amount of space used for database backups in the default backup folder on the volume where FileMaker Server is installed. Note This value does not include backups that were placed in other folders, for example, by a backup schedule. If progressive backups are enabled, this value does not include backups that are in the progressive backup folder. |
Other Space Used | The space being used on the volume where FileMaker Server is installed but not in a folder listed above. |
