Report showing amount for each record and subtotals
Report showing each region, followed by the records for that region, followed by the subtotal for that region
To create this report:

Make layout parts like this:
Layout with four parts: a header part, a leading subsummary part when sorted by the Region field, a body part, and a trailing subsummary part when sorted by region.
