For free online technical support, use the FileMaker Knowledge Base (also called TechInfo). It offers answers to frequently asked questions, tips, troubleshooting advice, and much more. Knowledge Base articles are available only in English at www.filemaker.com/kb/.
To learn more about FileMaker Pro and discuss support topics with other customers, visit the FileMaker Forum. Choose Help menu > Visit our Forum.
The FileMaker Forum may not be available in all of the shipping languages of FileMaker Pro.
