Working with the relationships graph
Use the relationships graph to create, change, and view the relationships in your database file.
By default, the relationships graph displays all of the tables in your current database file. You can add tables from other files (including external ODBC data sources), add more than one occurrence of the same table to the graph, or remove tables from the graph using the buttons described below.
To access the relationships graph:

With the database open, choose File menu > Manage > Database.

This button adds a table to the relationships graph.
This button opens the Edit Relationship dialog box. Use it to create a new relationship.
This button duplicates tables, (and relationships) and selected notes.
This button opens the Edit Relationship dialog box. Use it to edit an existing relationship, table occurrence or text note in the relationships graph.
This button opens deletes a relationship or table occurrence in the relationships graph.
This button aligns the left edges, centers, or right edges of selected objects in the relationships graph.
This button aligns the top edges, centers, or bottom edges of selected objects in the relationships graph.
This button distributes the selected objects horizontally or vertically in the relationships graph.
This button resizes the selected objects.
Resize the selected objects to the smallest width, smallest height, smallest width and height, largest width, largest height, largest width and height
This button changes the color of selected tables in the relationships graph.
The object selection cursor.
This button adds a text note to the relationships graph.
The magnification cursor.
The view reduction cursor.
This button reduces the magnification of the relationships graph to view all tables.
This button selects related tables with the same source table.

Type a number to reduce or increase the view of the relationships graph, up to 100%.
Show page breaks for printing the relationships graph.
Show the Print Setup (Windows) or Page setup (Mac OS) dialog box.

Display the names of the source table and source file by moving the pointer table header.
Display the names of the source table and source file by moving the pointer over the table header
Toggle the display of the table in the relationships graph.
Toggle the display of the table. Click once to collapse all but the match fields. Click again to collapse all but the table name. Click again to return the table to its original size.
Toggle the display of the text note.
This symbol indicates that a match field can match many records.
This symbol indicates that a match field can match a single record.
