Report showing subtotals and grand total
Report showing subtotals for each region followed by a grand total for all regions
To create this report:
1.
Make layout parts like this:
Layout with three parts: a header part, a trailing subsummary part when sorted by the Region field, and a trailing grand summary part.

Position fields on the layout as shown below.
A summary field in a subsummary part gives subsummary values. The same field in a grand summary part gives a grand summary value.
