Report showing subtotals and amounts for each record
Report showing each region and its subtotal, followed by the amounts for each record in that region
To create this report:
1.
Make layout parts like this:
Layout with three parts: a header part, a trailing subsummary part when sorted by the Region field, and a body part.

Tip  This topic also describes how to flip the layout part labels up and down so you can read them or move them aside.
2.
Position fields on the layout like this:
Layout with three parts: a header part, a trailing subsummary part when sorted by the Region field, and a body part. "Region" and "Total Sales" fields are placed on the subsummary part. An "Amount" field is placed on the body part.
