Scripting for OLE (Windows)
Three script steps support the use of OLE objects.

Use the Go to Field script step to activate an OLE object in a field by performing the object application's primary command.
  •
Use the Insert Object (Windows) script step to embed or link an OLE object in the current field.
  •
Use the Update Link (Windows) script step to update a linked object.
  •
Use the Paste script step to paste the contents of the clipboard to a specified field. The Link if Available option for the Paste script step tells FileMaker Pro to choose the link over other available data formats.
